Property Advisor Intern

West Chester Township has an immediate need to fill a Property Advisor Intern position with our Community Development department. The Property Advisor Intern will assist with advising and counseling residents, businesses, and property owners in site and construction plan review and field inspections of new and existing construction and properties, ensuring compliance with the West Chester Township Zoning Resolution and the Property Maintenance Code. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm. This position will be for 20-25 hours per week. The pay is $21.46/hour.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Architecture/Planning Program
  • Currently pursuing a college degree in an applicable field of study
